Our mission
No restaurant should lose a customer again because it didn't answer the phone. That's where we started: from the phone ringing unanswered at lunchtime, from the call missed while you're on the floor, from the booking that arrived when the place was closed.
Darly always answers, on the first ring, day and night. It takes bookings, collects takeaway and delivery orders, answers questions about opening hours, the menu and allergens, and when a request needs your touch, it passes the call to you. You look after the guests on the floor.

The founders
Darly was built for restaurants, by people who want to take them off the phone. Behind the product are two founders, already on their second company together: they founded primarredo.com, scaled it and sold it.
Michele Sgarbossa
Co-founder & CEOMichele leads distribution, commercial relationships and partnerships. He's the one taking Darly into restaurants and keeping the door open with our integration partners. Before Darly he founded primarredo.com with Alberto, scaled and sold: it's the second time they've built a company from scratch.
